Clear terms.
Before you commit.
This working service outline must be finalised before accepting a subscription or payment.
The service
Tempered Digital provides a business website and the agreed core marketing system: missed-call text back, neutral review requests, repeat-customer and referral campaigns, and connected conversations with app access. The final scope must list the exact inclusions and support arrangements.
Price and billing
The proposed core subscription is A$497 per month, with no setup fee and a month-to-month term. Phone, call, SMS and email usage charges are additional. GST treatment, billing dates, usage rates and payment arrangements must be disclosed before sign-up.
Setup and customer responsibilities
You provide accurate business details, suitable assets and the access needed for the agreed setup. Delivery timing is agreed after requirements and dependencies are understood. You remain responsible for responding to enquiries, quoting and delivering your own services, entering the customer details that trigger agreed workflows, and obtaining any required consent.
Additional services
Meta advertising, database reactivation and work outside the agreed core scope require a separate assessment and agreement. Advertising spend is not included. The core offer does not promise an AI receptionist or chatbot, client booking calendar or payment system.
Results and review requests
The service does not guarantee leads, jobs, revenue, search rankings or review ratings. Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences; public review opportunities must not be restricted to customers expected to leave a positive rating.
Cancellation and changes
The final agreement must state the cancellation notice process, final billing date, treatment of prepaid amounts, price-change notice and any suspension or termination process. These terms are not yet approved.
Website, domain, phone number and data
The final agreement must explain ownership and access during the subscription and after cancellation, including website content, domains, phone numbers, customer records, export requests, transfer support and deletion timeframes.
Privacy and communications
Both parties must follow the agreed privacy and communications requirements. The final agreement must define the responsibilities for consent records, opt-outs, authorised access and third-party service providers.
Legal identity and consumer rights
The operating legal entity, registration details, business address, governing law, dispute process and contact details must be confirmed. Final terms must preserve any rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
