Usually, yes. We review your domain and DNS access during onboarding, including any existing email records that must be preserved. Domain ownership and any registration charges remain part of the agreed setup.
Your subscription is month-to-month. The service agreement will set out the notice process, final billing date and what happens to your hosted website, phone number, data and access. Review those terms before paying.
